How it all started
Established in 1997, the Richmond Village Association (RVA) is a non-profit organization created to represent the interest of Richmond residents. The RVA continues to organize events within the community and add quaint appeal to our village with flowers, flags, trees and murals throughout. We are always looking for volunteers, reach out!
