2017 Winter Banners Entry

Calling All Youth Artists

In celebration of Richmond’s 200th Anniversary, the Richmond Village Association (RVA) invites you to create an original vertical oriented and coloured design! This year’s entries should showcase a winter theme that celebrates our village and reflects the winter season. Originality and use of color are important considerations when designing your submission, as is how easily your design can be viewed and recognized from long distances and heights.
