AGM 2025

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on February 19, from 6:15 PM, at the Richmond Memorial Community Centre ( upstairs ).
This important gathering offers members the opportunity to review the organization’s achievements over the past year, discuss future strategies, and participate in key decisions, including the election of board members.
Attendees will also receive updates on financial performance and other relevant reports. We encourage all members to join, as your input and engagement are vital for the continued success of the organization.
Refreshments will be provided.

*There is parking available on both sides and behind the community centre.
*The Community Centre is accessible to all. There’s an elevator in the lobby to the upstairs room.
Timing & Format:
6:15 pm – Doors Open to the Public for RVA AGM
6:30 – 7:30 pm – RVA Annual General Meeting
7:30 – 8:30 pm – RVA Provincial Candidate “Meet & Greet” ~ Candidates & the public intermingle over coffee and treats
*Please note: All Candidates are welcome and have been invited to attend the RVA’s AGM. We have timed and scheduled our Candidates Event in order to provide all of the candidates and campaigns some flexibility in attending.
