AGM 2025

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on February 19, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at the Richmond Memorial Community Centre ( upstairs ).
This important gathering offers members the opportunity to review the organization’s achievements over the past year, discuss future strategies, and participate in key decisions, including the election of board members.
Attendees will also receive updates on financial performance and other relevant reports. We encourage all members to join, as your input and engagement are vital for the continued success of the organization.
