Rural Ottawa South Support Services is committed to helping seniors and adults with physical disabilities live independent, active and meaningful lives.

Examples of services include: a diners program, meals on wheels, adult day programs, friendly visiting, home help, transportation, foot care, income tax assistance, 55 alive drive training, telephone assurance, respite care, as well as information and referrals to programs beyond the resources of ROSSS.

ROSSS (Rural Ottawa South Support Services) strives to be a centre of excellence in the delivery of rural community support services and to advocate and champion the rights of seniors, caregivers and adults with physical disabilities.
