Community Employment Resource Centre (CERC) provides free employment services to all Ontario residents seeking employment and training, with a focus on those living in Richmond, Kanata, Stittsville, West Carleton and Rural Ottawa South West and North West. Feel free to come in to our centre for assistance, no appointment is necessary.

Community Employment Resource Centre (CERC) is a not-for-profit community-based organization with over 26 years of providing high quality employment services to the Ottawa community. CERC is a service of the John Howard Society of Ottawa. This Employment Ontario program is funded in part by the Government of Canada.
